Refunds & Returns
Due to their personal nature and the necessity of hygiene precautions, no exchanges of any products are permitted unless goods are faulty on arrival.
Please choose your items carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to make an arrangement to return the product. The entire product including packaging must be returned and the item must be unused. Item must be returned back to us within 14 days of you reporting the fault.
We will not accept refunds, credit or exchange any item returned without you notifying us before hand.
Upon us receiving back the product, it will be examined and if deemed warranted, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued.
If a refund or exchange is awarded, shipping is not refundable, only the purchase price of the product will be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return product to us although we will cover any shipping costs involved in sending you the replacement item.
Toy related products are sold as novelties only. If your item becomes defective after the initial 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note our return policy does not apply to goods which have been used. We are not responsible for damages caused by miss-use, wear & tear or insufficient maintenance of the item.
If you choose to return an item without getting approval from us, no refund, credit or exchange will be issued.
