SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Great Sexpectation we choose to use Australia Post as our preferred shipping company. Parcels are sent by regular post and are calculated based on the total weight and size of the parcel.

Once your order has been paid for and payment has cleared, your package will normally be shipped within 24 hours. We pride our self in fast shipping both nationally and internationally.

For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our PayPal payment option.

We encourage all customers to inspect goods upon receipt.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA Depending on where you live with Australia, it can take 5 to 7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at check-out. We are not responsible for any lost mail. We can however make any claims with Australia Post on your behalf if necessary

Australia Post will compensate up to $50.00 in value for lost parcels sent via regular mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We can ship anywhere in the world but please contact us directly regarding shipping charges for outside Australia before placing an order.

All international payments must be made through Paypal once we have advised you of the total cost.

Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country. If the goods sent from us are confiscated or impounded by customs, all fees, charges, and taxes are not refundable

RETURN TO SENDER If I receive a parcel back in the mail as a Return To Sender, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the extra shipping costs incurred to re-ship your parcel. This can be avoided if you enter the correct shipping address at check-out. The parcel will not be re-shipped until you have confirmed your postal address and extra shipping fee is paid.

DISCREET SHIPPING All mailed items are dispatched discretely and with your privacy in mind. Labeling and packaging will not have any references to the delivery containing adult products. The return address name will be listed as G-S, and there will not be any product descriptions on the packaging.

SAFE PACKAGING Parcels are packaged as best as possible to avoid damage while in the post. If however a parcel is damaged while in transit, we are not responsible and a claim will have to be made with Australia Post.
