When will I get my item?

Orders are processed each day and will be posted once payment by the customer has cleared.

For in stock items, your parcel will be dispatched within 24 hours.

For items which are on order, it may take approximately 5 to 7 working days before your item is shipped.

How will my parcel be packaged?

All parcels are discreetly packaged, showing no references to having purchased Adult related products. The return senders name shown on your package will be labeled as G-S

Do you offer pickup of products, or do you have an outlet we can visit?

At this stage, we do not have a physical store nor do we have pickup facilities. We consider our-self a pure E-Store, and this is also the reason for why we can hold competitive prices and a wide selection of items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, to any Australian P.O. Box.

Is my information kept secure?

Ordering from this site is SAFE. All purchases are made via secure server. Your details will be kept confidential at all times.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we are accept payments via Paypal, Direct Deposit into our bank account or secure Credit Card payments through Paypal. You do not need Paypal account to be able to use the Credit Card facility.

Do you accept Refunds or Exchanges?

For health reasons we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any item unless it is faulty. Our customer’s health and well-being is paramount to us and it is deemed that our return policy does not apply to goods which have been used.

Does it include Batteries?

Batteries are not included in any item unless otherwise stated in the description.

I am unsure about the sizing, how do I determine which size is correct for me?

As a general guide, Sharon Sloane Medium generally fits size 8 to 10 and Large fits size 10 to 12. Joyce Jones One Size fits approx 8 to 12. We endeavour to measure each garment and the actual measurements are listed in the description.

If the measurements are not listed and you would like specific measurements of any one garment, please contact us and we will measure the garment so you can compare those measurements to your own.

If you have any difficulties determining what size to purchase, please contact us with your bust, hip and waist measurements and we are more than happy to help!

How much does latex stretch, and should I take this into consieration when buying an item?

Latex generally stretches about 5-8% without putting to much stress on the material. You would want to consider this when selecting your size. Latex can easily stretch 2cm so purchasing the garment slightly smaller will provide you with a tighter fit. Some people though do prefer a bit of a looser fit, and obviously then you would go with the larger size.

How do I make sure that my latex items last as long as possible?

The key to caring for latex lays in using lots of talcum powder when dressing so the garment slips on easily Also use latex shiner for your products as this will not only give the latex a shiny nice look, but also prevent the products from cracking or drying out. We sell latex shiner in our store, whereas talcum powder is available in all grocery stores

My adult toy is not working, what should I do?

Make sure you have the batteries in correctly, check inside the battery compartment for indicators.

Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)

Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress extend them a little.

Check contacts for corrosion and clean any greenish or white colour from the metal of the battery contact.

If after checking all the above points, your toy is still not working, please contact us by phone/email before returning the product.

Do you have a mailing list?

Yes, we do have a mailing list. And we send out newsletters monthly. If you would like to get your name on our list, all you have to do is register.

Are your products in stock?

Many of our products are in stock and available for immidiate dispatch. You will see in the item description if an item is in stock or if it has to be ordered.

As we have an extensive range of products that we can order from, we don't always keep one of every product in stock, so to provide you with the best range and to keep prices reasonable, you can choose from a wide variety of products to order from.

Ordering is fun and easy and you should be able to recieve your product within 10 to 12 working days.

How do I pay for my purchases?

When you have finished shopping and enter the checkout you will be asked to create your account. The information you provide is what we will use to get your parcel delivered to you. You will only have to fill this information log in once. It is quick and easy. You will be able to pay via Credit Card, Paypal or Direct Deposit.

Is GST Included in your prices?

Yes. We are required by law to collect applicable tax on all shipments within Australia. All prices shown on our website includes GST.

Do I get a receipt?

You sure do. All deliveries will be packed with an invoice / receipt with all applicable taxes listed.
